So you are saying they are only recounting mail in ballots? I don’t understand how my computer read ballot needs to be recounted. Are mail in ballots not fed through the computer reader like in person ballots are? |

Supposedly but who knows? Getting rid of mail-in and using the touch-screen like we used last time in these parts would solve many problems. Consider that some of us warned of mail-in problems and we got pooh-poohed. We were told everyone would die if they voted in person. The President is a fink. |

Mail in ballots are here to stay. At 7am, Nov 5, Trump was ahead by 700,000 votes in PA. After the mail in ballots were counted, he lost the state by 44,000 votes. Some people just don't want to work. In upstate NY, Republican Claudia Tenney was ahead in a Congressional race, by 27,000 votes. After the mail in ballots were counted, she ended up behind by 100 or so votes, in an election where dead people voted. 750,000 mail in ballots have been requested for those two Senate races in GA. Junteenth and Native American Day as two new national holidays, and two, possibly three new states. Don't forget Guam and Marianas. |

For this part of the PA constitution covering absentee ballots, it tells you what rights can not be taken away by a law. It doesn't say what can't be further allowed by a law.
