Biden is a moderate Democrat who has to pay lip service to PC nonsense; given his conservative Catholic faith and middle class upbringing I'm willing to bet that he harbors entrenched prejudices against blacks, and who can blame him?

Good grief, you've already forgotten all the demeaning
derogatory things Beijing Joe has said about minorities over
the years?

In 2007, he referred to Barack Obama as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”
In 2006, he said, “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”
Way back in 1977, he said that forced busing to desegregate schools would cause his children to “grow up in a racial jungle.”

Remember during the campaign when he asked the black news person if he was a cocaine addict? Remember when he said if you don't vote for me you ain't black?

Then again, he also said “Poor kids are just as smart as white kids.”

The latest Economist/YouGov Poll has Beijing Joe at a 39% approval.
And this is not an outlier. Other polls have him at 41%, 42%. The
White House will try and laugh this off but believe me they are
panic-stricken. Because they know Beijing Joe and he ain't going to
get better. He is literally screwing up everything he touches. If he
lasts to the end of the year I'll be surprised. No I don't bet.

I read that an insider has said that Beijing Joe's staff was literally
screaming at him not to do Afghanistan the way he did it. But
Biden is well-known for being stubborn and once he makes up
his mind to do something, no matter how stupid and idiotic it is,
he will stick to it. Because that's what really stupid people do, they
always think they're right even when they're terribly wrong.
