Larrry Summers was the economist who talked Manchin into it.

"inflation reduction" by spending more ... it's official now, the Biden white house doesn't just think we are stupid, it thinks we are REALLY stupid

Unfortunately, the majority of Americans are REALLY STUPID.

(Yes, I’m talking about people on the left and on the right).

Since we can both agree on that, I will not include you in with that group.

It is another inflation causing stimulus bill, disguised as the 'Inflation Reduction' Act'. The cost is $700 billion.

Larry Summers should know you don't raise taxes during a recession.

Yesterday the House passed a $280 billion 'Chips and Science Act', they claim will booster domestic chip production. Intel is getting $50 billion of that cash. It is another inflation causing stimulus bill. If they really wanted to bolster chip production, they would give tax incentives.

A combined $1 trillion more added to the $31 trillion deficit.

More disguised inflationary stimulus bills coming.

They have to keep injecting money into the economy to keep it from collapsing. If the Fed doesn't do it with QE, then Congress has to pass spending bills.

I kind of agree
Now is not the time to increase spending
But
The Fed is doing its job so that's a positive
The market seems to be recovering
AMZ was a monster today
This spending is really a drop in the bucket and the inflation problem didn't originate with US government spending
This is the result of worldwide events(Virus,China lockdowns causing supply issues and Ukraine war) effecting the complicated intertwined planetary economy.

Dr Oz has given up
He's not even phoning it in
On vacation
I kid you not
You take a vacation after the most important campaign in your life, not during.
But hey, he's a snake oil salesman, so why not.
You get who you vote for right Tanko :-)
It's a 2 way street in getting what you vote for and the Republicans had choices but went with this clown

Republicans complain that Trump-backed Dr. Oz is blowing the Senate race against online prankster John Fetterman by being 'mentally and physically on vacation'

Moose still doesn't understand yahoo
Business Insider wrote it
Yahoo just copied and pasted but gave credit to business Insider

Most yahoo stories are copy and paste jobs but still giving credit.
Yahoo produces hardly any original content

If it wasn’t for Walker in Georgia we could be talking about Oz being the worst Senate candidate in memory. Remotely acceptable candidates would have beaten post stroke Fetterman and far left Warnock. Sadly, the Republican primaries gave us Walker and Oz.

No doubt Trumpers won't blame Trump for losing the senate due to supporting these 2 clowns
