I don't think anything is trumped up; I think almost every POTUS could theoretically have a case built against him over one thing or another.

Why doesn't it happen more often? In Nixon's case, he resigned and was pardoned. In Clinton's case, he was still in office, and we were sane, so no point in doing anything to him after that---prosecution also wouldn't have had a great case.

What's the difference with the Orange Retard? Falsely claiming the election was stolen, for one.
