Planes, multi spectra radar, satellite images ... nothing ever found. I stared at satellite images night after night for that search too. I recently watched about half of The Lady in Black before giving up on it as utter nonsense. |

HotBlonde Member since: Jan 19, 2014 Threads: 2 Posts: 19 | Movies I just borrowed and watched from the library: The Butler Monty Python and the Holy Grail Sophie's Choice My expectations about The Butler: I thought it was going to be an informative yet somewhat boring movie. My thoughts about The Butler after watching it: Not boring although I thought it was a little overacted more so towards the beginning I found it to be very informative and historical and was glad to see the way they showed the struggles of African Americans throughout time. I liked the movie, really liked the ending and I actually cried. My expectations about Monty Python and the Holy Grail: It was going to be a silly men-type humor movie with odd British humor My thoughts about Monty Python and the Holy Grail after watching it: It was a silly men-type humor movie with funny British humor My expectations of Sophie's Choice: I realy didn't have any expectations other than it was going to be a good movie about great romantic love and something having to do with a child My thoughts about Sophie's Choice after watching it: It wasn't a grand love story like I thought it would be and it wasn't entirely about a child, although when they revealed what the title "Sophie's Choice" was about towards the end of the movie it was disturbing, moving, unexpected and thought had a greater impact on me than what "Rosebud" meant in "Citizen Kane". |

Its an odd assemblage of movies but for a rainy afternoon or while soaking in the tub one sometimes just needs a diversion and the threshold is not a high one. I don't recall ever having either borrowed or rented a movie from a library. perhaps should look into it. |

The fact that she thinks it did made me laugh out loud. Good god. I would be punished if I said what I was thinking. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
