EoT is one of the most inventive sci fi movies Iíve ever seen. Terribly underrated.

Release date: May 28, 2014

Has it really been 5.5 years? The prequel/sequel will also bring back Emily.

Emily's net worth is $25 million, although her husband's net worth is $30 million. Tom Cruise's net worth is $570 million.

Although a very successful actress for nearly a decade, EOT seems to be the movie that pushed her into the big money markets. Couldn't happen to a sweeter person.

Great aliens, great concept, great
story. Tom Cruise worked his ass
off for that movie. Those outfits
weighed 70 pounds and he
would wear it all day just so he
could get used to the weight.
I don't think any major star
in history worked as hard a
Cruise. He does all his own
stunts, but he's pushing 60,
how long can that go on.
He;ll be 60 for the 2022
MI movie.

I wonder what the sequel might
be about. What happens if
Cruise dies, does he reset time
still? Do the aliens invade again
and Cruise has an advantage
because he has the blue blood
of the alien in him?

Hollywood is soooo hypocritical. Saw
John Wick III on HBO. Hwood is
soooo outspoken on guns and
how nobody should have one. Yet
they make these movies that
glorify guns and make people
want them even more.

Wick is wall to wall gun violence.
In one scene alone Wick kills at
least 75 men who are shooting
at him. Not just shoot and they
fall down. He shoots most of
them in the head and there's
blood and brains everywhere.
And that was just one of a bunch
of fights, over 200 people had to be
shot in the movie.

The whole thing is a farce. It's
ridiculous, I FF'd thru the later
ones, they're all the same. This
got 90% on Rotten, so even
the critics loved it.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Has anyone seen 1917? It's supposed to be great but a few of my friends who have seen it didn't like it.

Hmmm. Yeah, it can be too much, I had that reaction with "no country for old men" too.

You had been a John Wick fan I think?

I've heard it's somewhat worth seeing for the cinematography on the big screen, but the acting and the plot are average

I don't like war movies, too much
violence. You'll probably love it,
being a big Game of Thrones fan..

I watched this the other night - was a well done "found footage" horror movie (the horror is non-gory)

Itís worth seeing if you like war movies.

I am not a big fan of the genre, but I still think itís getting a bit over reviewed.

My issue with it is story lacks depth or character development. It was more of a visual/technical achievement than anything else, and I will say that component was very cool. If you donít already know, the novel part of the movie is that itís edited seamlessly so that the entire movie looks like 1 continuous shot. This gives a deeper feeling of immersion than any other war movie I have seen, you really feel like you are going on journey through a war zone, which is the reason it was reviewed so well.

I would give it a 7/10 - but keep in mind that war movies arenít my thing.
