It doesn't apply. It's only for when a president is unable to perform his duties, not just because you don't like him. It would be challenged and the SCOTUS would throw it out long after Trump was gone. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Dershowitz quoted the passage in the constitution. It only applies to sitting presidents. Has no power over private citizens. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
