They come off a right-wing amateur punditry site. There's plenty in the stream of her free standing on a raised concrete dias. I think she's being helped up in the 'supported' photo.

It's like taking a small snippet of what Trump says too. The whole picture and context needs to be looked out. But Bob's super desperate for Hilary to fail, else he might have to realize his preferred candidate is just another side of the same coin.
