There was some B-Movie on Netflix I forget when. Girl's father was dying and her and BF had to go back to take care of him. BF was a type that could not get a decent job so she had to strip. Without going into the plot, one day the club owner has had enough of the BF hanging around for her shift and has a come-to-Jesus meeting with the kid. The line makes the rest of the so-so movie worth it.

You might like, "After Porn Ends." Kind of talks about how hard it is to get a straight job with that on your resume and little else.

Just a very low percent of the women will catch on and become stars. Some will manage their money and retire well. Others will shove every nickel up their nose. Many need something to get "in the mood" for a shoot. They guys of course are more disposable than the women, John Holmes being the only real male star, ever.

His life was a disaster. He was at one point reduced to boosting baggage at the claim at LAX. That is really near as low as you can sink, well, not as low as renting yourself out to gays, but low.

I saw an article on his life said every porn theater wore out their "Wad" prints and asked for more. It was the first porn that both had some kind of plot and featured a male not a female. The first part amazed the industry. But having some kind of plot got a more upscale audience and got females willing to watch somewhat with their husbands.

It said he got that star thing of being hard to work with and an unreliable cokehead.

It all went to his head.
