It's in North Dakota, first of all. Second, it has a
70000 square foot totally unrefinished
concrete bunker. Concrete walls, concrete
floor and ceiling. With water on the floor. It
would cost you hundreds of thousands of
dollars to make something livable out of it.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Singer, song writer Pharrell Williams is selling his 17 million dollar house. (which looks like an office building to me)

He finally sold it for $14 Million on September 30, 2020.

Clad in glass, the ultramodern home holds 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms in 17,000 square feet. The home was custom-built in 1992, and features an impressive motor court that can easily accommodate up to 30 cars. The huge sale still chalks up as a loss for the Grammy-winning artist, who bought the striking home from Tyler Perry for $15.6 million two years ago. He is currently trying to sell another Hollywood Hills estate that he purchased for $7.14 million in 2015.

The singer has bought a home in Florida for $30 million

The FL home is 3.3 acres, 17,025-square-foot, nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom dwelling which offers up 335 feet of waterfront, a luxury given the recent closure of beaches throughout the state. Amenities include a wine cellar that can hold up to 2,000 bottles, a library, a pub-style bar, a fireplace in the living room, and an elevator.

You don't want a home to look like an office building from any angle, especially the front. (I guess) It did look better from the sky.
If your candidate is losing, it's because you didn't put enough flags on your truck.

Some amateur architecture critics tweeted a photo of Pharrel's home next to a shot of Durham College and stated that they saw little difference.

The buyer of the home remains a mystery. Given that the original builder was Tyler Perry, we can pretty much rule out that someone in finance is the new owner.

The Coral Gables home is certainly a step up in class.

This eight bedroom mansion, dubbed Unica, was completed earlier this year. It is outfitted with the latest in technology, from a lighting system that mimics natural circadian rhythm, was listed in May for $100 million but just dropped $22 million in price. It has nearly an acre of square footage and a giant outdoor SAMSUNG wall television. It also has a gigantic garage that can store 25 cars without lifts.
