Never heard of a recommendation to change what you're doing while you're still ahead. Sounds dumb to me. I don't have a sub to NYTimes though, so unless it pops up elsewhere. Trumps the one who needs a strategy right now. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

That was mentioned. Hillary was farther ahead of Trump in the polls on this exact date 4 years ago. She was the front runner every day, by far, right up till election day. Yet people here will tout the polls every day, like they really mean anything this far out. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I do notice some people that know everything Trump supposedly did wrong in the fight against the virus and can't remember a darn thing anyone on the other side did wrong. I know some seem to be rooting for not letting a crisis go to waste....and maybe for it not to end too soon? We need to get back to work!! |

Lol... this is such a weak deflection. No one on the other side was President this year. No one on the other side was ignoring their daily briefings. No one on the other side was downplaying the threat, when they had been told the opposite - lying that soon 15 cases would go down to close to 0.
On the contrary, I think going back to work too soon could be GREAT for Donny’s opponents. All the righties and Fox News personalities who pushed for everything to open back up prematurely are gonna own the consequences when the curve shoots back up and we have to shut everything down again in a couple of months (which - btw - will be closer to the election and will give Donny less time to dig out of his ever deepening hole). “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |
