I would assume Soopoo is a Republican and I can't imagine anyone believing he is not sane. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

Correct! And I am still a registered Republican, but as of now I like to refer to myself as an ‘anti-Democrat’. There are so many Republicans that I would have a hard time voting for. But there are even fewer Democrats I could vote for. The Republicans because of who they are. The Democrats because of their policies. Quite a quandary I’m in! |

We can go back and forth on this. But TODAY, the Democrat party is FAR MORE fiscally irresponsible than the Republicans. No Republican mayor would even consider spending literally billions of dollars to house illegal (some quasi-legal) immigrants in hotels. Where is this money coming from? You Pooh Pooh it, but there are dozens of big name Democrats in favor of reparations. The Democrats want loans to magically disappear. Democrat maternity laws in NY…. New mother will be able to get 6-8 weeks full pay. Then trove of personal days. Then sick day bank. Then some multiplier for the sick days! If delivery Feb 10 says she will not have to go back until new school year in September and will not miss a paycheck! It’s not like she has been there for 30 years and built up this much PTO! I have gay nephew just finished ER residency in New York. He and BF are moving to Florida. Why is he not worried about DeSantis? Step daughter also gay. If she can get into Dental School there she will happily leave NY. She knows who the governor is but somehow is not concerned? Why are YOU so concerned? You conflate hatred with concern.
