Seems to me the "cause" should be directed related to and involving her on the job performance, not allegations of financial irregularity wherein no charges have been filed.

Smoke and mirrors.

Anyone who went to law school would know that when you take a high-level job in a financial institution that your financial records have to be beyond squeaky clean. Mortgage fraud itself would be "cause."

Matchbook law schools might not teach this.

So you say.

Let's see what a judge says.

When we get a real judge not an activist one he will send that crooked DEI hire to the unemployment line where she belongs.

It probably will go up to the USSC and I suspect those boot lickers will once again disregard law, custom and stare decisis in order to pay back the oaf for being appointed.

Whatever...just one more wall being assailed by the MAGA wrecking ball.

Another two people are dead and at least 22 more have been hospitalized because of a flesh-eating bacteria in Louisiana, state health officials confirmed.

The reports involved Vibrio vulnificus bacteria, which is found in saltwater and brackish water as well as raw or undercooked seafood. This batch of infections brought the state's death count from the bacteria to four so far this year, Louisiana Department of Health (DOH) Communications Director Emma Herrock told USA TODAY on Friday, Aug. 28.

Jennifer Armentor, the DOH's molluscan shellfish program administrator, announced the most recent deaths at the Louisiana Oyster Task Force meeting on Aug. 26. She said two people died after eating raw oysters.

RFK Jr. may be classified as a medical hero soon (obvious Nobel) similar to Gabbard for catching Hussein red-handed:

They're literally saving the world along with Trump.

However, he should have picked up on the fake science scam earlier and/or had the guts to tell everyone.

So far, I see no evidence he's even aware of the scam.

Although, he likely did a better job than anyone else could, knowing the scam has been in place for such a long time.

He needs to specifically focus on the underlying science scam, then go from there, so the public can understand.

Then folks might have the option to cleanse their genome before it's too late.

It's possible he has a different plan that might work.

Up here, raw oysters and shellfish are popular. We also have a really robust shellfish management and sanitation program, and shellfish must be brought to a decontamination plant for purification/depuration. I wonder if La has a similar process?

This is likely Trump's way of addressing the scam:

It'll show up in the numbers, e.g. excess mortality.

I'd say, they're on the hook for trillions.

Restoring Gold Standard Science

The falsification of data by leading researchers has led to high-profile retractions of federally funded research.

Unfortunately, the Federal Government has contributed to this loss of trust. In several notable cases, executive departments and agencies (agencies) have used or promoted scientific information in a highly misleading manner.

Generally that only applies to shellfish for resale, not all shellfish.

True. Many seacoast towns here won't, however, give shellfish permits to residents. They will only issue commercial permits.
