Correct me if I'm wrong, but when Epstein died wasn't he somehow put in a cell with a crooked cop? Isn't it claimed that he hung himself...and that the cellmate did nothing to stop it? Isn't it true that evidence exists consistent with strangulation, not hanging?

Crooked cop later convicted of murder of 4 people, and sentenced to 4 consecutive life terms. He was not Epsteins' cellmate at the time of Epstein's death.

Yeah, it would have been someone else, if there was one. However, it’s possible that they knew Epstein was suicidal and purposely left him alone for that reason. Not murder, but pretty convient.

That’s definitely the way to get rid of someone if you don’t want to get your hands dirty..

That’s definitely the way to get rid of someone if you don’t want to get your hands dirty..

His roommate was moved out after a first supposed suicide attempt. Epstein was not given another roommate. The guards who were specifically assigned to watch him and check in on him over the course of the night didn't do a single suicide or wellness check on him that night. There were other screw ups as well.

As an aside, if I am in pretrial detention or in prison post conviction and my roommate tries to commit suicide, am I obligated to intervene or sound the alarm?
