Will the federal prosecutor fail to get a grand jury indictment like that bozo in DC? |

Unfortunately, the ability to get an indictment appears to depend more on the composition of the grand jury than if there is enough probable cause to believe a crime was committed. The result in DC where over 90% voted for kamala is a prime example. Notwithstanding the above, I believe the tow truck driver will get indicted. |
