Bruce Blakeman is the Republican County Executive of Nassau County, NY. He just made the news by announcing security moves aimed at limiting crime from spreading from Mandaniville into his neighboring county. Nassau county has over 85,000 more Democrats than Republicans. But this November resoundingly re-elected this unabashedly pro -Trump politician. Yet since it doesn’t fit the left leaning MSM’s narrative that the country is voting anti-Trump I’ll bet none of you were even aware. I can assure you, had Blakeman lost, it would have been big news. The pro Trump candidate wins in the Democrat majority county, just a few peeps.

415,000 Dems
327,000 Repubs.

What? You saying I wouldn't vote for Trump to be elected to manage the hotels in our city if that was an elected job? I probably would, if someone else managed his budget.

I have all sorts of proper jobs for someone like Trump, just not the one he has.

"Dem women look like Dem men, Dem men look like women"

Huh? I’m saying nothing about Trumps qualifications to do anything. What I’m saying is the MSM has decided that the Republicans are crashing and burning, and any evidence that this is not true they ignore rather than report on. This last election, heavily Democrat Nassau County voted firmly for a pro-Trump candidate.

So a pro-Trump official gets elected in a supposed majority Dem jurisdiction. Big deal. Maybe the dude is actual sane and saying and doing sane things? That bein said, what's he going to do, put up roadblocks on the LIE and stop all cars registered in NYC from crossing county lines? More performative nonsense from idiots who are all up in a lather that someone who isn't them got elected to public office.

And what I'm saying is, people vote for someone who can do the job the way they want. Democrats don't automatically vote out all Republicans and never have.

So? Neither do Republicans. (Manchin). BUT THAT’S NOT what I’m talking about. I’m talking about the MSM highlighting cases where Dems beat Repubs, but not doing the same for a Repub crushing a Dem in a heavily Dem county. Why do you think that is?

Don't care. You don't watch FOX to get fair and balanced left and right news do you?

There must be some large scale terrorist attack going on in Washington DC, Hegseth ordered 500 additional guard to shore up defense of the city!

Because other than the people who live in Nassau County, nobody cares about what the results of elections in Nassau County. It isn't a bellwether county, like Bucks County, PA. Let us know when a MAGA crushes a Dem in a local election in a jurisdiction the people actually care about.

NYC is a major American city, so people nationwide care or are at least interested in the results of NYC elections. Same with New Jersey or VA gubernatorial elections., especially where VA went Red last gubernatorial election.
