If you're claiming to have a PRP clearance, then you don't deserve it. But if you're not claiming to have it, why are you bringing it up as some sort of badge of importance? Either way you just went down the loser road. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

Shows the officer being struck by the dead woman’s vehicle. Seems clear there will not be criminal culpability for the shooting officer. I expect the Democrat response to demonize the officer, and sow unrest leading to violence against law enforcement. It’s what the left does. Wouldn’t be a shocker if a few stores get looted along the way. My feeling is even if she might have brushed the officer, his response was an overreaction and showed poor judgment at best. I still think it is ambiguous if it was a criminal act on his part. If he wants to, can Trump pardon the officer today? Would that preclude Minnesota from prosecuting him? |

No I am not as you say "... getting into pedantry over a non-issue." You continue to put out factually incorrect information. I will repeat it for you again: I never said that any mayor is required to obtain a security clearance. My disagreement with you is your statement: " Mayors don't get federal security clearances." which is 100% false. If you don't understand the difference, I feel sorry for you. I hope that you have more "attention to detail" in you profession. |

Where did I claim anything about PRP??? PRP is not a (security) clearance. The loser here is someone who injects themselves in a subject that they obviously know nothing about. Which is a characteristic of most of your posts, |

Basically agree. It is not something I will ever worry about. Pulled over this year. Answered all the cops questions. Asked permission to go into glove compartment. Followed his instructions. I’m alive to tell about it. Had I ignored his command to get out, backed up to then try and escape forward, maybe there would be no one to type this. But there’s the other side of course. You want your law enforcement officers to know how to avoid the need to use deadly force, not escalate it so deadly force is used. There’s a child. I’m interested to see if ex husband gets full custody or new ‘wife’ does? The child will likely receive a 7 figure settlement. |

| missedhervee Member since: Apr 23, 2021 Threads: 158 Posts: 5468 | I didn't get the impression that the driver was trying to intentionally run over the driver, she probably didn't even see him as he crossed in front of her vehicle from the right. It is more likely that she saw the ICE folk approaching her from the left and decided to skeedaddle without verifying that the coast was clear. Negligence on her part for not seeing the shooter but no criminal intent to hit him. My prediction: no criminal charge against the shooter, but a wrongful death action will be filed and a huge verdict awarded at the trial level; whether it will stand depends on the political beliefs of the appellate judges. |
