I'd have to find some similar real long-term grievance or issue that it might be based on whereas people might want to be at a pro-Japan rally.

I remain unconvinced every pro-Palestinian rally is about everyone there wanting to exterminate the Jews in the manner of Hamas. I don't doubt some do.

There's a long history in regards to the Jewish people unable to find their homeland after the 10 lost tribes were scattered.

I won't cover the story, but first of all, Jews are genetically out of the man Judah (one of the 12 tribes).

Israelis are out of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel during his lifetime.


After those tribes were scattered, almost all countries eventually made the Jewish people leave.

Until after WWII, when the elite decided to make Israel a country.


The quantity of folks out of Jacob, far outnumber Judah's descendants.

ever since the Jews have discovered such is their only safety ... their own country. You can read about their problems in Russia, for example, and not realize: these people were squatters with no rights.

The strange thing is some people did and (still do.) There are some people who talk about December 7th being justified because America decided to stop selling oil to Japan. Of course, these people leave out the reason America stopped selling oil to Japan (and U.S. loves to sell oil, so a total cutoff means you really messed up.)

Some people have a weird desire to side with the oppressor thinking they are standing for rights, and only look at the issue as narrowly as possible ( "Israel Bombed Gaza they need to fight back" but why? "U.S. cutoff energy supplies to Japan they need fuel" but why?)

A lot of people do not realize this, but I am a huge fan of both U.S. and Israel. And, though both have made mistakes, they are without dispute overall forces for good in the world.

Lost tribe means, the folks that were lost don't know from whom their DNA comes from.

So I can claim I'm out of Judah and even provide a DNA test, but what are you going to compare my DNA with?

Compare with other folks that claim they're out of Judah too?

That won't work, because they can all be incorrect.

So here is the main question:


If a person claims to be of a specific race, out of an historical Tribe (genetic), how do you know it's true if the Tribes were lost?

I read this book a long time ago, I guess sometime in the 70s, it definitely has some sympathy with the Japanese [to a point]. Then again, it didn't come out in 1942 either.

As I remember it brings out the oil thing and how it forced the Japan to do something, and to exit China wasn't going to happen.

But I remember for sure it questioned whether FDR knew they were going to attack Pearl Harbor and could have warned American forces to be ready. The theory is that FDR wanted them to attack so we could go on to full war standing... and was shocked, had no idea how bad we were going to get clobbered. After all, the military had been warned war *could* start.

I don't know how much that theory is entertained today

As for further sympathy with Japan, I don't think Toland bought into the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" as anything but a spin on what Japan wanted to do. Yet it was anti-colonial of the Western variety [to be replaced by a Japanese type] so it might appeal to some of the Lefties here who seem to buy into about anything, as long as their Overlords lay it out for them.

Biden is in a tough spot.

It's good his supporters are finding out what their party consists of.

Maybe he should send Gavin down there.
