Notice the patterns. Hamas is same as say inner city school admins. They both want the suffering to continue just so long as they are in power. It keeps them in power. You can bet no Hamas member is hungry.

Immediately? Allow more food/supplies in. Down the road? Probably help rebuild Gaza so the average Palestinian has a better life than under Hamas rule. And don’t you think the ‘good’ Gazans will be happy they are no longer torturing the innocent hostages?

I think Hamas is in a die now, or die later situation, which is why I asked what incentive they have. (they may not die, but prison walls seem to be the long time future if not)

If you do want to live, you want to die later. That's why I asked what incentive they have to release the hostages. Hamas is going to eat anyway, so just flood the place with food so people don't starve, and take care of Hamas piece by piece. They just up the air drops, Or increase the spread of delivery around the border. Hamas can't be everywhere.

Would you donate to a charity if they advertised…. 10% goes for good deeds and 90% to the bad people running the charity? What will it take for the Gazan people to revolt against Hamas?

Historically revolts are done by people with some level of comfort but not enough. People scraping to survive do not usually rise up until complete desperation and even then it will be weak. To get rid of Hamas will take a version of Wyatt Earp’s ride against roe Cowboys.
