Dems are oddly giddy about CommieLa.

Republicans can worry when she makes effective moves to the middle. Her advisors would be suggesting that strongly now, enough to see signs of it already, but staff in general are scared to death of her they say

I'm giddy about Harris because I think she has a better chance then Biden
It's just common sense to be giddy when your chances go up. See it in Vegas all the time
But
She is no commie
That's just absurd.
I'm a free market capitalist against Trump tariffs
She wouldn't get my vote if she was a commie
These are the same recycled BS attacks against Obama.
If she became President, I doubt much would change from Biden>Harris. That's just common sense also.
I expect her to lean heavily on Roevember to win.
Can you deal with that?

Your posts are getting weaker
1st you have to use Lionel to determine intellectual lightweights. I see them a mile away.
Now intead of Lionel as a source, going with BS "scared to death of her they say"
Scared to death??????????
"they say" ?????????????
Are Trump employees also scared to death??????????

Her staff is probably forced to chant, "ALL WE OWE, WE OWE HER.....ALL WE OWE, WE OWE HER......"

Yup diversity and gender are wrongly considered to be ONLY about lesser qualifications. You can hire a woman or minority of equal talent simply to create diversity and inclusion, instead of the 30 white males that went before.

And what does this do to increase shareholder value or effectiveness??

Unless you are a top eschelon physician, that will never ever work in healthcare, except maybe in medical device or drug company. Everything is negotiable, if the other party is willing to negotiate.

If you make them really want you, they will negotiate.

Maybe. I interviewed for a job and told them now much my minimum was. The Director of Pharmacy exhaled and wasn't sure. Turns out they defunded another, lower paid job to give me the salary I asked for. However, if I asked for more vaca, or tuition reimbursement past what they offered or childcare or anything else, I would've not been hired. There is a limit to how much an employer is willing to negotiate. There is no nurse, no pharmacist, no physical therapist, no radiology technologist, no whomever-except the rare top eschelon elite talent-worth so much more than the next highly rated candidate that warrants an *extreme* variation in benefits and compensation. And for MOST wage earners, such as factory workers, skilled labor, mechanics, maintenance personnel, etc, that person does not exist.

Going back to the sub premise-most workers do not have the opportunity to work on contract for guaranteed work for guaranteed pay under conditions and job duties and requirements that are the end result of mutual negotiation. Most workers are employee-at-will.

Going back to another sub-premise: JD Vance's knock on Harris and others is they are childless women, and therefore have a lesser stake in America's future. To which I say-in part-that the GOP is a family unfriendly political party. If they weren't, we'd have more family friendly employment policies that are law in other Western industrialized nations.

Nonsense. Those "family friendly" laws are doing nothing to keep up the total fertility rate in these places. Reality is you can put family first or work first. Putting family first means you do not drive a new car or take vacations in Vegas. It means you make tradeoffs. You can have a family life or a power-career. You can't serve two masters.

Become the elite one that every company is trying to hire. I wouldn't know what the exact numbers are but if you are one of the very best in the world at your profession you may be able to get people to fight to hire you. Of course, most people are not at that level but maybe that will motivate them to become better at their craft. If you can show people you are one of the best, they will probably try harder to hire you.

I would say that everyone has the opportunity, most just aren't willing to fight for it. I could apply at McDonald's as a cook and tell them I will only except the position with a contract. I think 99.999% of the time they will tell you no, but if they are desperate enough they might consider it.

That level does not exist in healthcare. It never existed. There is minimal separation between the elite one and next in line. At best, you will be offered top tier salary and an employee-friendly work schedule. But asking for the Moon pretty much means the employer will move on to the next candidate that's asking for less.

And here we have the GOP position, folks. Republicans don't want women to have careers or wealth independ of their men. They want women to have a high "total fertility rate". Straight from the horse's mouth. Or a$$.

Nonsense. Women can have a career if they like, but you do not get to have a career and also raise a family. You have to make choices. And you do not get to live off the taxpayer while saying you are some kind of "independent woman." Again, you cannot serve two masters.

I am guessing you do not even know what "total fertility rate" means. But it is proven that all the programs liberals demand do not affect it. The people who want kids have them, those that do not do not. Not one place with these programs is above replacement fertility rate of 2.1. Not one.
