I don't need a Lionel to determine Sean Cooksey is an intellectual lightweight
All money was donated to Biden/Harris. Harris is a recipient. Of course she can use the money. She knows it because she is not an intellectual lightweight like the Republican fec chair Sean Cooksey

A rational person would say the GOP arguments against Kamala having access to this money are all wet. However, with the stacking of the Federal bureaucracy and courts with right leaning, right wing and MAGA acolytes, all bets are off on how they will rule.

How? The money was given to Biden, not her. Seems pretty sketchy to let her have it.

You think it’s sketchy. Who cares. Perfectly legal.

Donny’s complaint to the FEC is the equivalent of a Karen asking to speak to the manager.

Not at all, it is well established that a VP nominee has access to the Presidential nominee's money if the President withdraws or is otherwise removed from the ballot.

If it was somebody other than Harris it would be sketchy and a gray area as far as how it would work.

MSNBC found some female Donny fans and asked them about Kamala.

They aren’t impressed with her.

Because most workers can't contract. Most of us are at-will. If a candidate tried to negotiate 6 weeks of vaca with me when I'm offering 4, I wouldn't even bother returning their phone call and I;d move on to the next candidate.

That may be foolish if this employee can outperform other employees by a wide margin. In my mind, everything is negotiable. When I had my own business and I wanted a particular employee I was very flexible.

One company that wanted to hire me many years ago offered me a fair salary and 250,000 stock options vesting over 4 years. I didn't negotiate the salary at all but went back and forth on the stock options. I was hoping to get one million options but I didn't quite get there. I settled at 950,000.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Unless you are a top eschelon physician, that will never ever work in healthcare, except maybe in medical device or drug company. Everything is negotiable, if the other party is willing to negotiate.

This is the second largest obstacle for Harris.

Stay until you see the step-daughter too.

It's becoming obvious she's a decoy.

BREAKING: Kamala Harris not eligible to be President [expired student visas]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UojwP1zVSy0

------------------

This is the third largest obstacle for Harris.

Recap: "apparently", Harris has no child-bearing experience (biologically rearing), could be an illegal alien responsible for our southern border, and hereby, could be close genetic stock of a slave-owner.

They aren't even hiding it.

---------------

Kamala Harris' great-great-great-great grandfather was 'notorious' Irish slave owner who bought Jamaican plantation and travelled to London to fight abolition, historian claims

23 July 2024
.
.
.
In an article published by the Jamaica Globe in 2019, Kamala's father Professor Harris wrote: 'My roots go back, within my lifetime, to my paternal grandmother Miss Chrishy (née Christiana Brown) descendant of Hamilton Brown who is on record as plantation and slave owner and founder of Brown's Town, a town in Jamaica.'

Northern Irish historian Stephen McCracken said today that Brown was a 'notorious' slaver and 'not nice fellow' who was born in Antrim but later settled in Jamaica.

What the frigg does her slave-raping ancestor have to do with anything?

50 Years of Joe Biden's Racist Comments (Original)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TJpnGCHtnA

There are literally millions of web hits showing Biden being a racist.

In regards to race, when a person runs a country like the USA (In God We Trust), the position infers special qualifications of equality not equity.

The DEI ideology includes equity, not equality, and is racist at it's core.

Of all the folks in the USA, racist Biden selects Harris.

He had her vetted and was well aware of her family's genetic history of slave ownership.

Therefore, along with other vote getting genetic traits, Harris qualified to be his running mate.

Now, if my family owned 120 slaves, I definitely wouldn't enter politics, especially in the internet age.

But if I did, as a true leader, I'd come clean by being honest with the voters up front, by nipping it in the bud.

Then let the voters decide.

I'd also be willing to make amends.

If I were sincerely remorseful for my family's involvement, I'd be willing to pay reparations to the 1000 or so slave descendants of the original group that were held captive.

I'd lead by example.

Possibly around 1/3 of my paycheck (or future net worth) going to a reparations fund for the rest of my life.
