No.

I posted "Leave it up to the People"

If you want it left up to the people, why not leave it up to the person?
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I suppose if a pregnant woman attempts suicide in one of these Cro-Magnon states, she will have to be charged with attempted murder.

So now Texas wants to charge and prosecute doctors who live and practice in states other than Texas who perform abortions on Texans who travel out of Texas to seek their services?

Bwa ha ha ha

Just like the fetus, this play is dead on arrival.

Sounds a little like NY and CA who demand taxes from residents even after they move to another state.
The President is a fink.

'Unhinged and Undemocratic': Florida Cops Question Abortion Petition Signers
"This is what state-authorized election interference looks like," said the ACLU of Florida.

One thing Republicans hate is letting the people decide the abortion issue. Desantis is actually livid that this is on the ballot

Tell the cops to eff off and come back with a warrant or subpoena if the want anything further.

Not really. States trying to say what their residents can and can’t do.

When I cross over from MA to NH to buy fireworks to light off in NH, I become a NH person and not a MA person. The Constitution says so. And SCOTUS also said the same thing about abortion, too. Deal with it, legal beagle.

And some states like NY audit and try to tax former residents when they leave. Both are a case of trying to control people when they leave their state.

You're nothing more than Don Quixote, tilting at windmills. Let me know how the lawsuits work out...

"The only males worrying about abortion rights are the wusses who don't have a shot at getting laid anyway."

A someone who has been involved in more abortions than probably the rest of the site combined, your statement is incorrect.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.
