It seems like I have heard a similar joke in the past but it was about lawyers. I believe it had something to do about about "lips moving". Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Clearly the premise of the joke is that "speaking" is changed to "typing", because of Trump's recent high level of time spent posting on social media...
