If DOGE were competent, efficient and had integrity, I'd be all in favour. But it's none of those. A bunch of thugs and kids barging into the conroll room and switching things off that they don't understand. They have drumphs authority to destroy your federal systems. An authority that should only be vested in your congress.

As to the dems. frick knows what they are playing at. I assume that they are just as corrupt and incompetent as their repub peers. I suppose that between them they 'represent' the US population. I see plenty of evidence that the worst of them is reflective of the worst of some members here.

They have a message but it's the same message that had since 2017. Orange man bad. It led to the making up over 20 hoaxes that the media covered Non-Stop and stealing the 20/20 election. The problem is times are different now. The majority of the country wants Trump in there. And smart Democrats are changing. Bill Maher has been invited to the White House and he's going and he's taking nothing but crap from liberals over it. He's totally changed in his attitude about Trump because he realized he made a fool of himself in Trump's first administration by totally listening to and believing CNN and MSNBC. He's not going to let that happen again. Most of the people on this forum think orange man bad is going to carry them through when it's just making them look like idiots.

DOGE is competent, efficient, and has integrity. That is why they are finding so much waste in so many places. What you appear to be calling for is one of those "blue ribbon" commissions that ends up doing nothing. And I want funding for transgender opera in Chad destroyed.

The Democrats lost their bench. They lost 1,000 elected state positions during Obama. They put up a big sign saying "Straight White Males Need Not Apply." They fascinated on DEI years before DEI became the term. This made their primary process a complete joke. They had to clear the field for the SWM they didn't want in 2020 because no other candidate would be taken seriously.

They put up Kamala as a jobber in 2024. That billion dollars she spent, how many tens of millions ended up as pure skim? She had better hope there is never an audit there. 2024 ended up a complete wipeout for the Democrat Party. All we know about the Democrats are they hate Trump and love abortion. That is not enough to run on. They will be in the political woods for 10-14 years.
