Drumph assigned a very much Russian sympathizer to close down the agency tasked with fighting Kremlin propaganda.

You couldn't make this sh1t up.

"Darren Beattie, who alarmed the State Department with his pro-Moscow views, is married to a woman whose uncle has ties to Vladimir Putin"

"Darren Beattie has provoked alarm within the State Department since being appointed in February for his ardent pro-Russian views.

"He has been noted for his focus on destroying the agency tasked with tackling Kremlin propaganda."

"Mr Beattie, the acting under-secretary for public diplomacy and public affairs, is married to a woman whose uncle has taken several roles in Russian politics and once received a personal “thank you” message from Vladimir Putin."

"In the years before joining the government, Mr Beattie wrote social media posts suggesting Western institutions should be “infiltrated” by Putin, while he also attacked what he described as the “globalist American empire”.

Hmmmmm, I searched and could not find your post criticizing the Biden administration when they cancelled the "China Initiative", a China-focused anti-espionage program launched under the previous Trump administration.

Since you, a non-US citizen, likes to call my President, by the nickname "drumph", what nickname would you like me to address you by? How about dunceDear? or maybe drunkDear?

Did Biden have a State Department undersecretary to China who was married to a Chinese National, and who had been vocally in favour of Chinese infiltration of US government?

Call me whatever you wish. I hadn't realised that I'd been spelling drumpf incorrectly.

What do you think renting out a whole jet for a personal trip would normally cost?

Patel uses government jet.

"Patel traveled to Penn State, not to announce new findings from the agency’s sports gambling investigations, or as part of the search for Jimmy Hoffa’s remains, but as a boyfriend supporting his girlfriend’s work," Sommer wrote.

Patel appeared alongside his girlfriend, country singer Alexis Wilkin

I'm sure you know that the FBI director is REQUIRED to use government aircraft for all travel, including personal trips.

When Travis Kelce takes a side trip just to visit his girlfriend for a couple hours, he's not using 60 million government plane. I expect Patel to use commonsense in his choices. He only has to pay the price of a commercial ticket. Yeah, I excuse the Presidents generally for the same behavior. But we can vote them out.

I hate the waste too. But it’s the cost of doing business. If we are requiring these higher ups to fly in a ludicrously expensive government plane it’s not the person’s fault.

I’ve relayed this story (I think?) here before. I’m in DC. have a short walk from hotel to restaurant. Get to the corner and want to cross the street. No car traffic, but…. cops not allowing anyone to cross. I ask friendly cop what’s happening. He says Obama is going to a restaurant for dinner and street is closed for motorcade. I say at least I’ll get to wave at the president. He tells me maybe. They do 3 such motorcades, 2 of which are ‘dummy’ ones. Well I stand around. Finally a bunch of motorcycles go by. Then some cars. Then the bevy of black sedans. Then presumably the vehicle carrying Barrack and Michelle. Then an ambulance and a few more black SUV’s. Multiply by 3. No way it’s less than $1 million for the Prez to go out to dinner.
