He claims that he "Worked for one, worked with many."

He didn't go to law school, graduate, and pass the bar: that seem self evident.

He could have served legal process, been a runner to file pleadings, and of course be the go-to guy to fix a jammed copy machine.

Heck, he might even have been a legal secretary: I question whether he had what it took to be a paralegal.

Allowing states like Wyoming, with its tiny population, to have the same number of senators as NY or Cali is...insane.
So I guess when it was being voted on to admit new states to the original 13 you would have been against any and all of them joining, getting 2 senators like that... so many of them low in population

These being admitted faced the potential problem of not having equal standing ... so yes they insisted on 2 senators. Enough people like you and it would be the East United States, West U.S., Central U.S. etc. , some just one state, all broken up because, yes, each state wants some simile of equal standing if they are going to join a union of states .................. Duh!

Of course I understand what is really going on is the desire of your ilk for the 2 coasts to lord it over everybody else , the tyranny of the majority is A-OK ... if you live on the coasts

Oh, and Rhode Island having 2 senators ... what were those founding fathers thinking even in the beginning?

Ah, just a bunch of dead white men, who created something of which the world is in awe ... but this chick I wanted to win the election lost! Let's tear it all down! ditch that electoral college, f**** the little states on that and everything else! ........... Genius!

Didn't go to law school. Went out and busted my hump in the real world. As to your questioning me having what it takes to be a paralegal, that brings up what our corporate attorney said once. Had an issue with a customer so I wrote a letter of reply. It was a Saturday so I had the time and quiet. Send it to our attorney, I can feel the guy fidgeting trying to tell me something.

Guy asks if I had formal legal training. Asks how long it took me to write it. I tell him no formal training and an hour or so but I was not keeping track. He tells me that it looked like it was written by one of his paralegals! Said it was extremely well written! Said I could not send it not because it was bad, but it laid our a total legal strategy which we could and should not do. Guy apologized again and again.

As a landman I regularly found things in legal docs that others missed. One I sent to my boss who took it to the head of our company who said "congrats, everyone else missed that."

Meanwhile you went to law school and do not understand the basics of how the Constitution, the foundation for all of our laws, works.

Did you get to enjoy the weather in Samaoa or did they do correspondence even back then?

I'm okay with our bicameral legislature as currently constituted. The electoral college is an idea whose time has come and gone.

Only because liberals do not like it. They do not like that it means they have to pay attention to the smaller states.

Even if he did go to law school in Samoa that puts him vastly ahead of you.

Did the short-lived Trump University have a law school? Probably a 1 minute tele-course. "Don't get caught"

Doubt it as it was just training on real estate investment. Though I do realize low-IQ people think it was an actual university.

Anyone thinks it was probably thinks McCheese is an actual mayor.
