Even if he did go to law school in Samoa that puts him vastly ahead of you.

Not necessarily. I've known some lawyers who are real dummies. Look at Joe Biden and camel face, they are lawyers and they are a pair of idiots. Joe Biden literally plagiarized his way through Law School and camel face raised her skirt whenever needed and had to take the bar exam about five times. I've known three lawyers who ended up doing jail time, how smart is that. All three lost their licenses forever. Doesn't seem very bright to me. If Mr V wanted to be honest he could tell stories all day long about some idiot lawyers that he's known. The profession is loaded with them.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Agree with your main points. But fact checking shows Harris passed the bar exam on her second try.

There are dumb lawyers. Dumb anesthesiologists. Dumb AP’s. I don’t think MrV falls into that group. I’d go with ‘misguided’.

If she's the one that really passed it. There are rumors that somebody else took it for her, arranged by a friend in higher places. If you listen to her talk she is truly an idiot and how she would pass the bar exam is a mystery.

Democracy & Democrat are to divide because of the root word "da", such as demon.

Since Republican opposes Democrat, Republics make a society whole (e.g. sanity).

*da-

*dā-, Proto-Indo-European root meaning "to divide."

Meanwhile you went to law school and do not understand the basics of how the Constitution, the foundation for all of our laws, works.

Gee, do you really think so?

How do you know that I'm just not taking a page from the Trump play book and using the U.S. Constitution to wipe my ass?

BTW, WTF is a "landman?"

Were you a lookout in the crows next for Kevin Costner in "Waterworld" continuously scanning the horizon, hoping to bark "Land Ho?"

What is Trump doing to disrespect the Constitution? I can find nothing.

January 6th...just for starters.

What, is your question rhetorical or are you dense like lead?

Seems to me on Jan 6 he was the Boston Tea Party, standing up against a crooked election. Got anything else beyond that worn out meme?

"Crooked election" certainly is a bogus, unsubstantiated worn out mantra: surprising to see you recognize that fact.

The election process would be much more interesting if electoral college votes were given based on the area of the state as opposed to population.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.
