I have no idea if my lawn guys are legal or not and I don't care. They provide a good service at a price that I wouldn't do it for. Actually, I wouldn't do it for five times what I pay them.

It's not that they've overstepped is that they constantly constantly want to overstep. They constantly want more and more and more because they somehow think they are discriminated against. When in actuality businesses and corporations bend over backwards to hire minorities.

I told a story a few weeks ago and I'll tell it again. When Four Winds Casino opened in Michigan for the valet staff they hired 10 black people about half men and half women. Their entire valet staff was black. It's a great job minimum wage and you keep your tips and they make great tips. A month later there was maybe two or three of the original hires left. I asked why and the manager told me because they either did not show up for work more than two or three times a week, or they got caught stealing stuff out of the cars. So they had to get rid of them and because they ran out of blacks who applied for the positions they had to start hiring whites.

So there you go, is that discrimination or is that reality.

Yep, this is why I always tell young guys to go into one of the trades. Because they won't end up spending 10 years and 10's of thousands of dollars on useless universities, they can make decent money if they work hard, AND best of all they won't have to deal with libbies/wokies with purple hair who don't even know what gender they are because those idiots only pursue the "fun stuff" (like you said).
