Objection overruled.

His reference to the attorney client privilege was oblique and warranted explanation.

Who is the attorney he referred to?

I WAS an attorney but have retired so it couldn't be me he referenced, and his attorney does not seem to be a forum member.

He should have said "Oops, I opened my fat mouth when I shouldn't have" and left it at that.

Life has been a nightmare. It made sense at the time, was just really hoping to be able to confide in someone at the time. I finally got a lawyer, and I was able to speak privately with my lawyer to get things off my chest. I was just poor for too long unfortunately and it complicated matters a whole bunch.

It's kind of funny to think when the F word is used as a noun or verb, it is actually a kind of censorship because only I knew what I was feeling because the F word is too vague. I usually come on here when I have smoked some weed, so being forgetful can happen and cause reader error because you can sometimes forget when you're writing.

Unfortunately you're citing facts not in evidence. 2024 was a bad year for me, I had too much to deal with and I failed miserably. At the time I hadn't seen a good lawyer at all yet, and I was just hoping to confide in someone knowledgeable, but that problem is solved for now. All this happened because the government and the police love to prey on the weak, but they did this too much and they changed me into someone else after I had lost all hope, I no longer had much fear.

Thank you. Stress and depression made my pain in my ribs and kidney just so unbearable I assumed it was my cancer I wasn't treating and daily continuous pain is just so overwhelming nobody can believe. I imagine almost close to some kind of hallucinations I'm terms of the torture. I mean if I had heard voices, I would feel almost as burdened as constantly in pain. At one point I imagined the pain felt like a there was a large bottle of water sitting between my ribs and muscles and skin, that's what the pain and pressure feels like. Pain makes things so hard to be focused, you're just always interrupted, your will, your ego struggles to be clear.

I had a broken back that was undiagnosed for over 20 years. Living with pain is miserable.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Oh most definitely. When I look back at when things started making things difficult it was first losing my 20/20 vision, then back strain then a little bunion which created a string of problems. I do appreciate my struggles and I'm grateful God was so caring he let me suffer so I could later on be grateful I was disappointed for the doors he opened. Pain, trials and tribulations, and death are good things ultimately once your wisdom catches up with your ego.

Yeah trust me, who is this guy I now seem to be. I seem to be so caring and kind now, and so aware.

Suffering can lead to an epiphany, or so they say.

I agree. I've changed my mindset a lot. Just read about them trying to re-criminalize weed in Ohio. The federal and state governments have no business involved in so many things they control. I see all kinds of dirt in this town. I'm considering the fact being possible my town has its own mafia that actually controls things.

There used to be lots of mob influence in Ohio. I have been gong for a long time but there probably is still some.

Cleveland and Youngstown used to each have a large mob influence.
