I can name three NFL teams off of my head, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons. I am not a sports person, so it the reference went over my head. I can name more baseball teams, but Pirates, I don't know.

When you look at the Trump side of things.

Trump lawyer Sidney Powell used similar defense as Tucker Carlson. that reasonable people would not accept such statements she made as facts.

Yet, people skewer Romney and Cheney as traitors to the truth by not supporting Trump's version of the election and the Capitol siege.

Laugh and chortle all you want. The only thing stopping Biden from spending 8 trillion dollars more this year than the government takes in in tax revenue is the Republican party. The weakening of the Republican party due to Trump is not good for the country.
An estimate of TOTAL federal tax revenue is 3.7 trillion. Biden has no problem presenting MULTIPLE 2+ trillion dollar bills which are of course in ADDITION to the already over 4 trillion we would be spending without the largesse.

Trump may be an imbecile, but Biden is proving to be more dangerous for the future. Finally, some governors are standing up to the ridiculous "incentive to not work free federal money" that has been extended by Biden.

I often use the lens of my wife's older daughter to put these issues into focus. We went into a Cracker Barrel. When I got to the hostess I could see an entire room of empty tables. Hostess said 45 minute wait. I pointed to the dozens of open tables and she said they don't have enough wait staff. Daughter said....

"They obviously don't pay enough. Why would anyone work there when they can stay home and make as much?" When I tried to explain that businesses should not be competing AGAINST the government I got the sense that she believed that everyone is entitled to the free money, and businesses have to exceed that figure!

Biden policies are a disaster. Luckily Sinema/Manchin are at least temporarily holding some of them back.
