For starters, appoint them into meaningful positions of power and influence.

Follow it up with prioritizing social programs which benefit low income people.

As for the "illegal" Hispanics, that one's easy: give them a path to citizenship; the illegals may not be able to vote in federal elections but their legal friends and family can.

The way things are going, in a decade or so the republicans could represent the interests of conservative and moderate white Americans and the democrats the browns and blacks; I believe the white liberals, currently disenchanted with the democrats, may go third party.

You really, really need to stop getting all your information form the lamestream media. We can forget your "black and brown people" racist comments. Same as the Democrat Party you think of them as votes and power, not people. A news flash to you, hispanics are not voting lock-step Democrat as blacks do. The Democrat Party plan was hope that they do, but they are smarter than blacks have been and are seeing the Democrat Party is not delivering for them.

Expect Hispanic voters to vote more along the lines of whites, as they become more successful they will drift towards the GOP. I know I align with the GOP because I prefer to be with people who consider themselves successful not decide they cannot do it without government handing it to them. Hispanics will follow human nature and do the same.

Forget it. They saw their greatest economic numbers in their 400 year, out of Africa history, in just the first two years under Trump, and 23 million of them, 90%, still voted to remain on the plantation.

The democrats didn’t spend $23 trillion on them over the past sixty years for nothing.
