I watch New York City walking videos everyday. The big story there among the locals is there's a pickpocket who's been arrested four times already this Christmas season and released with no bail every time just to go back on the street and go back to work. They cannot believe this is happening. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

The guy doesn't have a court date till spring, plenty of time to get arrested a few more times and then skip town never to be seen again before his trial date. Sounds like a good gig to me. Find another Libby City that lets criminals go, San Francisco comes to mind. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
