I too applaud the defrocked former Big Chief for his comment.

I still wouldn't invite him into my home, however, or leave him alone with my cat.

The best part was that it was pushed back against Candace Owen's
I can't stand her
Such a media whore
If she is harassed, call the cops. That's it
That ain't good enough for Candace. She demands mainstream media coverage of her harassment. What a media whore

First he admits he got his booster shot. Then he pushes back against Candace Slow-ens.

Being anti-vax is an unpopular, fringe position. Donny knows this. Gotta start repairing his image before the 2024 primary. Taking a position to the left of FatSantis on vaccines.

This is why I don't respond to your "what do you want him to do" posts about Biden. You go along merrily like nothing is wrong just because you have yet to be (and hopefully will remain) a victim of increases in crime brought on by a myriad of causes--including the "Defund the Police" and "BLM" movements. Those two segments of our society have some decent points (fighting for mental health help for deranged people and stopping people of color from being treated differently from others, for example) yet they push it too far and want the police to be regulated into uselessness.

In simpler terms than that example, if I did respond to those comments with what I thought the President should do, you would just ignore it anyway.

It is stupid to defund the police. Anyone who supports that is a moron. Instead, fund the police, challenge the training norms to help with the issues, and add mental health. Don't be dumb enough to think replacing a police officer with a mental health counselor is going to do the job of calming down a deranged person with a weapon. That counselor needs back up in case the attempt to calm ends up out of control.

The French Quarter is a high crime area with lots of pick-pocketing and stuff like that and an occasional murder or two. I enjoy it with eyes wide open to what is going on around me. I hope you have a great time.

Blah blah blah
What exact policy do you want a city enforce????????
What policy would a republican institute to drop the murder rate.
I lived in Philadelphia when the police chief became mayor. Mayor Rizzo. Philly was still Philly with crime.
Defund the police is like reparations
Conservatives love to bring it up but in reality these issues are not going anywhere
I totally support BLM. Protesting is as American as Apple pie and baseball. I support Conservatives right to protest as long as they don't attack our capitol.
Cities have always had high crime all over the world since the dawn of time.
Its not a US problem, its a human race problem
Regardless
The rate of crime in cities in my lifetime has not substantially changed. I will continue to visit cities and have a good time being Street smart as always.
The French Quarter is huge. I had no idea. I walked a ton and only covered maybe a quarter :-)

That they are all either third-rate dumps (Indianapolis), terrible cities to drive in (Baton Rouge), or both (Philadelphia)?
