Media is once again spinning the numbers as 'jobs created'. These are not jobs created, if the number of job openings decreased 400,000. These are people forced to find second and third, low paying jobs, to help pay the bills. These are not quality jobs created, when hospitals and banks are starting to lay off, and Tech is laying off tens of thousands. Click bait for the total morons, and that is all that matters. |

Headline CPI should be down due to gas prices coming off their highs. But it Core increases from last month and prints a 6-Handle, Fed may have to come in with a mid meeting raise. That would be a game changer for equities in the second half of 2022, and not in a good way. But keep on spending Biden, force Powell to raise another 150 basis points or more before year end. Let's get all the markets tanking and increase recession expectations going into November. If there is a way you can print a third negative quarter of GDP in early October, that would be optimal.
