It's more like a Barbie play house. 850 sq ft is tiny. And it's ugly. They really bought the land, that's what has value. They'll build a 3500 sq ft house where the current one is. $55K in 1969 was not out of line for a house like that.  If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
