Season 3 all of Goliath on Prime. The first season was great,
the second season sucked so bad it was hard to believe.
The third season sucked on an even greater scale. No
production budget, a convoluted slow as molasses
story, and crappy acting. I just kept wanting it to be
over. Please, somebody watch this. tell me I'm wrong.
If you care how about a single character by the end
of season 3 you're a better person than me.

Watched Goliath season 3. The end seemed like it was written quickly to end the show. Almost unrelated somehow? Like, here you go, this is the ending.

Tania Raymonde is a stunning beauty. I watch her and can't help but be aware that some people are just born with the gift rare good looks. And a great body to go with such a pretty face. Those quality's are like being born with a gold mine. I can guess that she made a lot of enemy's from jealous females and guys that couldn't get near her during her younger days. Whew.

I always like Graham Greene and William Hurt. Several good actors, but I never cared for BB Thornton. The writing was lacking. Agreed, season one was best.

It morphed from The Law to The Dark Side of evil spirits, beasts and utter nonsense, but currently saleable script writing. I'm not going to view anything past that half hour or so that I watched before utter boredom overtook me.

The ending was stupider than the
whole series, if possible. It was
like a bad 70's made for TV movie.
BBT phoned in his performance.
Most of this crappy show took
place on an obvious Hwood set
of a middle of nowhere casino.

The rest of the time had BBT driving
his silly Mustang rag top on endless
dirt roads, or having LSD slipped
into his drinks at the casino. Beau
Bridges totally disappeared halfway
thru.

At the end everybody dies. Brother,
sister, Indian, and almost BBT. One
of the worst series I've ever seen.
The case Billy was working one was
resolved out of nowhere in the last
12 min of the show, like they thought
it up on the spot. Ridiculous.

If you have Amazon Prime, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel is excellent.

An amazing show, 3rd season next month.
Watching the 2nd season again. What if
all TV was this good. The part where
they go to the Catskills and spend 2
months every summer is priceless.
Rich Jews only. The silly innocent fun
they have there is how this country
used to be. Before we became divided
politicos, and bitter partisans.

If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Between streaming services
Tryin to decide what to sign up for
Thinking about HBO with the new Watchmen series
Anybody see this. If so, what do you think
I see how these streaming services are pushing old series.
I have no interest in old TV
What I am interested in is the money they are spending on new must see TV.
What are the new must see TV streaming series?
Anything anybody can recommend?

The Boys on Prime. Not bad. About
superheros who are hero's to the
public and selfish jerks in their
private lives, and criminals. It's
tongue in cheek and violent at
the same time.

If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Never heard of Pluto TV before.
It's a streaming TV service that
offers a ton of programs for
free. I was pretty impressed.

Pluto TV got a stamp of legitimacy when they were purchased by Viacom for $340 million in March. Before that the channels would come and go. Most of the stuff is old, but that could mean last year's shows.

Pluto is "advertising supported" like broadcast TV, or Roku channel. Crackle and Tubi TV offer a similar service to Pluto

Hulu in May 2018 announced it has surpassed 20 million subscribers in the United States. As of November 2019, Pluto has 20 million monthly active users.

Hulu has you paying $5.99 per month to watch video on demand with commercials, while Pluto has no monthly charge.

LIVE TV
PlayStation Vue service will end on January 30, 2020.
Hulu + Live TV plan (with ads on the on-demand content) will increase from $44.99 to $54.99 as of 4 weeks from now.
Youtube + Live TV is $49.99 per month.
SlingTV is still $40 per month for full service, but I assume their price will go up as well

AT&T TV Now has six tiers, but starts at $50/mo (formerly Direct TV Now)
PLUS $50/mo. 47+ channels
MAX $70/mo. 80+ channels
ENTERTAINMENT $93/mo. 100+ channels
CHOICE $110/mo. 120+ channels
XTRA $124/mo. 130+ channels
ULTIMATE $135/mo. 141+ channels

Disney might still decide to stop leasing their channels to the other three companies (YouTube, Sling and AT&T TV NOW)

For streaming TV, it's impressive. Tons
of channels and best of all, they have
On Demand. Time to cut the cord on
cable.
