?? Eva Peron

Isabel Perón, holds the distinction of being the first female president of any country in the world . She was the third wife of the late President Juan Perón. During her husband's third term as president from 1973 to 1974, Isabel served as both vice president and First Lady. Following her husband's death in office in 1974, Isabel served as president of Argentina from 1 July 1974 to 24 March 1976.

In 1951, Eva Perón announced her candidacy for the Peronist nomination for the office of Vice President of Argentina, receiving great support from the Peronist political base, low-income and working-class Argentines who were referred to as descamisados or "shirtless ones". However, opposition from the nation's military and bourgeoisie, coupled with her declining health, ultimately forced her to withdraw her candidacy.

It is looking like Trump will get another million+ votes and have the highest number of votes since GOP had primaries in every state.

I still consider Hillary the front runner, but these record number of primary voters make you think. If Trump can bring out voters that don't normally vote, then he might be able to close the gap in the battlefield.

Is John Miller attracting brand new voters or is it Republicans that normally only vote in the general are now participating in the primary process

"In Iowa, the Republican caucus turnout smashed its past record by 50 percent this year, jumping from 121,000 to nearly 187,000. But, according to figures provided by the state party, 95 percent of the 2016 caucusgoers had previously voted in at least one of the past four presidential elections—and almost 80 percent had voted in at least three of the past four."

Clearly a 50% increase in primary voters is not going to translate into a 50% increase in the voters in the general election. Just because someone voted once in the past four elections doesn't matter. It matters how many of those people who missed some of the elections in the past vote in this one. Certainly it is unlikely that Trump will attract an overwhelming number of first time voters.

President Obama was rewarded for his first term, but getting an additional 3.5 million votes his second term. While Indiana and North Carolina were polling "for any Republican" even before the candidate was picked, nationwide Mitt Romney got 1 million fewer votes than McCain. Obama won all the states he won the first time except Indiana and North Carolina.

Trump has been publicly eyeing PA and Michigan despite them having voted for a Democratic candidate since 1992. McCain would have needed 23.4% more voters in PA and 40.2% more voter in Michigan. Despite the nationwide malaise towards Romney, Romney would have only needed 11.5% more in PA and 21.2% more in Michigan. If Hillary turns away some people compared to Democrat, then Trump may need only single digit gains.

I am only saying that there is a path for Hillary to lose.

Personally, I still think it is her election to lose.

I'm gritting my teeth till June 7th when Hillary finally clinches the nomination.

Then the polls will start to mean more. Trump got a bump when it became clear he was the nominee. Hillary will get one too once Bernie goes away and endorses her.
