I was reading yesterday that Silicon valley is the next 2008 crash and burn. People are paying a million dollars for 600 sq ft houses. They're paying $2000 a month to live in a tent in somebodies back yard. This is an unsustainable environment, they never last. If you take a risk, you may lose.
