It gets in the way of real discourse and discussion of the implementation of his campaign promises and other more important things. Too many of his lies are not even necessary. She might have been appointed to some office in the administration, but there is no way she would be gone. Maybe she would have retired near the end of her term but not by this point....no way! Of course, we had to pass the bill to see the bill. |

I really fail to see the need to pass a bad law this quickly. Consider, if in 7 years of Obamacare, the GOP hasn't come up with a suitable replacement they can agree on, what makes them think something hashed out quickly in a few days will be any good? Why not take the time needed and put something good together for a change? Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Because NO healthcare plan based on Republican principles will ever be "good." Republicans consider healthcare a privilege and not a right. Only a few are willing to admit this. They have to blatantly lie about what the goals of their replacement plan are (massive tax cut for the rich, gutting Medicaid for the poor) in order to hopefully jam it through before anyone notices.
