Possibly almost all mid-terms could be related to the Trump presidency

I love that Lefties think they can
predict anything where Trump
is concerned. They have a 100% failure
record on every single Trump
prediction so far. Yet it doesn't
slow them down in the slightest.

Probably the best thing Trump can do for Republicans in mid terms is not mention any of them by name. No one wants to be tied to that anchor.

Why is he an anchor, I forget. If you
follow polls (I don't) he's 5 points higher than
Obama was at this point. People are
working, unemployment is low.
The tax cut has hundreds of companies
giving bonuses and wage increases.
Trump still electrifies crowds wherever
he goes. You must be thinking of Obama
in 2016, he was an anchor for sure.

RealClearPolitic's average for all polls is currently 42.2% approval rating. On January 26/17 his approval rating was 44.3% for a loss of 2.1% in his approval rating since he started. He may not be popular and he may (or may not) lose the next election for himself or the Republicans but his base is rock solid despite all the forces trying to destroy it and change the narrative on his popularity.

He likely had more than his base to get elected. He'll need more than a rock to stand on, to be of much help IMO.

Those numbers are pretty close to the polls before the election when Hill was a "shoe in".

That depends, you could rate a Yugo car on a daily basis as a great car today if nothing bad happens.. But if it broke down a lot over the year more than any other car, you still may not be too fond of keeping it.

He has the lowest average approval rating for his first year of any President according to Gallop. That's not true of any other President, just him.

The same pollsters said he would lose
badly to Hillary, what's your point.
You guys just don't get it, and in Nov
you get another dose of not getting it
again.

He's a joke. The media treated him like a joke and not an actual candidate during the election. A lot of people (myself included) didn't think America would be stupid (or maybe racist?) enough to elect the clown.

Welp. He won (thanks Vlad). Of course he's going to be the most unpopular President in history.

Stupidity and racism aren't mutually exclusive. In fact, the latter requires a good dose of the former.
