The Hill is not exactly Trump friendly. But they see it. People want what Trump is pushing. They are seeing all the partisan attacks for what they are. And Trump knows how to handle the attacks. Sadly, the GOP will want to keep using the same consultants who keep losing. The President is a fink. |

President Trump's hotel in Washington would become the preferred hotel for foreign diplomats who feel that it will be looked favorably by the POTUS . Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution, that prohibits the federal government from granting titles of nobility, and restricts members of the government from receiving gifts, emoluments, offices or titles from foreign states without the consent of the United States Congress. As you can imagine it is a pretty arcane piece of the constitution, but this "emoluments clause" is being used to sue Trump by alleges President Donald Trump is unlawfully benefiting from foreign leaders who stay at the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C. |
