That does not look appetizing. It might be great, but it doesn't look it.

You seem to eat very healthy meals.

Ugly, but healthy.

No my food isn't ugly, it's just everyday food. The pictures of food you are used to seeing were taking by professional food photographers. Yes that's an actual profession. It can take them a long time to get a good picture of a dish. They have all kinds of tricks and lighting they use. I know somebody who did it for a living in the 80s for a huge grocery chain and it drove him so nuts he got out of the business and started a neon business. I am not a professional food photographer, I'm not going to sit there and plate my food and play around with it and take pictures of it to please a bunch of guys who couldn't care less on an internet forum. I post this stuff for myself, as a kind of food diary. If other people enjoy it, and some say they do, fine.

You are never going to see this, from me. How long do you think it took the person to arrange this and it's exactly the same dish I had, chicken breast and sauteed garlic spinach.

Fillet of salmon sandwich with garlic sauteed spinach and tomato and mushrooms. I included a pic of what it would look like if I hired a professional photographer to take a picture of it. To please the naysayers.

You should have cut the sandwich, would look more like a restaurant dish then.

That is one lousy looking tomato: yellow, pithy, nearly crunchy?

But they suck out west too; I wonder why they have difficulty year round providing tomatoes without the yellow / pithyness?

I wonder if the produce grown on the coastal plain near Almeira, Spain, where most of Europe's vegetables are grown under green houses, is better than what we get?
