It really does vary. I’ve had similar reaction as SOOPOO with some shots, but not anything worse than that.

Hmmmmm, as you can see, the following were taken from an article in the American Journal of Medicine. The article is titled "Pathophysiological Basis and Rationale for Early Outpatient Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Infection".

OR

.

Figure 1. Treatment algorithm for COVID-19-like and confirmed COVID-19 illness in ambulatory patients at home in self-quarantine. BMI = body mass index; CKD = chronic kidney disease; CVD = cardiovascular disease; DM = diabetes mellitus; Dz = disease; HCQ = hydroxychloroquine; Mgt = management; O2 = oxygen; Ox = oximetry; Yr = year.

Can you imagine that, one of the treatments they are recommending is the use of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).
Hmmmmmmm, I wonder how many thousands of lives could have been saved if people were not so biased against the use of HCQ due to politics.

Oklahoma seeking to return $2M worth of hydroxychloroquine

Nothing funnier than seeing a bunch of red state politicians get conned by their cult leader.

Did you by chance read the entire article and follow links provided?

"Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Dr Goodman reported receiving travel and meeting expenses from US Pharmacopeia; compensation (including equity) for service as a board member and travel and meeting expenses from GlaxoSmithKline; and compensation for service as a board member, equity options, and reimbursement for travel expenses from Intellia Therapeutics outside the submitted work and was previously the US Food and Drug Administration’s chief scientist. Dr Borio is the vice president of In-Q-Tel and was previously director for medical and biodefense preparedness policy at the US National Security Council and, before that, the acting chief scientist at the US Food and Drug Administration.

Could you point out which HCQ statement you feel is the coup de grâce for not using it against Covid?

I did indeed read the article!

This was my favorite part:

Quote:
Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt defended the purchase last year, saying the drug was showing some promise as a treatment in early March and he didn’t want to miss an opportunity to acquire it.

“I was being proactive to try and protect Oklahomans,” Stitt said at the time.

The drug has since been shown to have little or no effect on severe cases of COVID-19, and a former state health official chalked up Oklahoma’s purchase to something that happens in “the fog of war.”

If you actually ever did any real research you would find HCQ and the other drugs in the same treatment box all can provide some help in the early stages but provide little effect once the disease progresses. What you think the "American Medical Association" is now fake news.

I honestly have no idea why you guys are still obsessed with HCQ. Donny’s gone. You can stop sucking up to Dear Leader and pretending it works. You’re not gonna get anything out of it.

Remember when Donny said he took a two week HCQ regimen last May? Then when he actually *got COVID* in October he didn’t take it. That tells you everything you need to know...

Yeah but people are claiming it reduces morbidity. I mean, morphine also reduces unpleasant symptoms of many conditions but does little to save your life from them.

There's only one study I know of that suggests HCQ reduces morbidity and it's contested by many more reviews of the literature. In other word, the evidence against it is still overwhelming.

And that would be why the American Journal of Medicine has it in the flow chart (shown above in this thread) of treatments because it is useless?

The US is currently vaccinating about 1 million people per day. Divide that in half to allow for the second required vaccination. Do the math and everyone will have both doses of the vaccine in about 660 days. Don't hold your breath for the end of Covid anytime soon even though the MSM is acting like the pandemic is almost done.
