They sent people home for all kinds of diseases. There's even a scene in the 2nd Godfather where's he's quarantined for 2 weeks at Ellis. The first thing Beijing Biden does is stop the wall so people can continue to sneak in with every disease under the sun. If you take a risk, you may lose.
