The sister-in-law on the respirator is probably not going to make it her doctors say. Even though fully vaccinated she shows no signs of improvement and to say the five children 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren are beside themselves with grief is an understatement. The woman is only 69 years old and was in good health a month ago. Yet I made a rare trip to the store today and 90% of the people we're wearing no masks. They felt perfectly safe because they have been vaccinated and over half of them were 60 or older. Suckers...

On this side of the state, it’s the complete opposite. I don’t wear a mask in stores anymore but I’m in the small minority who don’t. I’d say about 80-90% do.

Such a breakthrough case is rare but not unheard of.

They are experimenting with MesenCure in Israel.
