Don't forget to wear your face diaper when you go outside. LOL

It must be nice to have a loony, loser, leftist democrat for a governor.

Luckily in a free society no excuse is needed, I still have no plans to get it.

Sure.

But if you want to go to most colleges, any military branch, many jobs (public and private), or even many organized groups you will be required.

Freedom of association and all. I (and most adults) like to be around people that are pro-vax, so we will support organizations that are safe.

Also, as I have cited in the past, it is case law that States and local Governments can require it of all residents.

Please cite the "case law" which allows "States and local Governments" to require vaccinations of all residents.

Iceland has a 90% vaccination rate. They've had 4 surges in infections. No deaths since May. Vaccines work.

And, as matter of fact.

In Iceland, universal access to health care is enshrined in law. As a result the country has no private health insurance and the island's 290,000 residents rely on a national health service—state-run hospitals and primary health care centers—at minimal charge.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

I have a Democrat Governor and I haven’t worn a face mask anywhere where it isn’t mandated since May or June. 🤷‍♂️

This is the problem with a lot on the right
They just can't let a person wear a mask without insulting that person.
No substance to their post
Just a couple of insults, no logical counterpoint.

I don’t think he was insulting the mask wearer.

If anything it was a self-own because he’s admitting he spews a lot of s*** out of his mouth.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905)

https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/197/11/

Ruling that this law was constitutional:
"the board of health of a city or town if, in its opinion, it is necessary for the public health or safety shall require and enforce the vaccination and revaccination of all the inhabitants thereof and shall provide them with the means of free vaccination. Whoever, being over twenty-one years of age and not under guardianship, refuses or neglects to comply with such requirement shall forfeit five dollars."

IE: States and localities can require vaccines or issue citations.

Roughly 8000 Amercans died of COVID in the last week. Death rate has been increasing for about two months now.

With total deaths at 649,680 today, it looks like we will break the 1918 influenza deaths of 675,000 by the end of September.
