I think you are right about another lockdown.

I will be doing some international travel next month so I hope they do extend the mask mandate.

Masks should be permanent for air travel

Covid is surging again in all 50 states. In some states do cases are up 100% over a week ago. Mask mandates are back in some cities and many colleges have gone back to online classes only. This new brand of covid is thirty percent more contagious then the last one which was 80% more contagious. I told you this wasn't going away.

Deaths have nothing to do current surge rates. Death rates always lag behind the surge rates by a couple of weeks.

It has been the dominant strain in the US for at least one month. As the seven day average for new cases has increased 16% over that period, the weekly death rate per million has fallen 42%.

Sadly. I will still be wearing one for the short term while at airports and on airplanes.

Still hearing dumb arguments.

Sure, eating on a airplane requires removing one's mask. But it does not mean it's the same risk as having no masks 100% of the time.

If you are in favor of a rule mandating masks, follow the proper procedures.

The judge did not say that they could not make such a rule; it was done in a way that she ruled was not proper.

Some people have been saying that all along…

The decision came from Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, a Federal judge appointed by Trump who was basically felt to be unqualified by the American Bar Association to be a federal judge; what else would you expect from a Trumpie?
