In regards to President Biden, he's not credible for racial discussions IMO.

Because there's an older video of him using the "N" word, plus a pic celebrating with a known KKK member that was a politician (Byrd).

He is not the go to guy for info in regards to race.

No one knows what Biden really believes on about anything, he’s a career pander who has flipped his “values” many times pandering to whatever he perceives as the current popular position.

I suppose one could say habitually flip flopping in order to “represent” who you’re currently “representing” is appropriate or his job. Or, just like the rest of all those jokers, that he really never should be trusted in the first place and no amount of succeeding in not being Trump changes that.

It makes me wonder how someone racist could win an election.

I understand trying to make amends for shortcomings, and that's admirable.

But I don't recall him apologizing.

Maybe I missed the apology (that's possible).

I can understand flip-flopping but not with race.

Race is something not to be toyed with.

Flip-flop for abortion while being a Catholic, possibly.

But I'm still waiting for that flip-flop.

Probably because he’s not racist. They were called the negro leagues, which he did say, and he has a baseball card of the player he was talking about on his desk. Don’t think racists keep a photo of Satchel Paige on their desk.

You don' believe someone can change their view on racial issues? Or former white supremist are just faking it when they leave those groups?

I'd say rarely, but possible.

If he really had remorse, I'd expect an apology to all those that could have been harmed as a result of the offense.

We’re referring to two different incidents I guess. He was quoting Louisiana legislators verbatim with the comment, perhaps he shouldn’t, but it would be quite odd for a racist to be calling out redistricting to devalue black votes. If I didn’t know better I’d think you’re a democrat with how Willy nilly you throw around racist accusations.
