Well, they are changing legislation and police policies all across America... I would call that winning even if it does not last forever.

And, people are excusing the rioting because of the "success" of their movement. Even many conservatives are jumping on board....

People are joining the cause of police reform and equal treatment of all, not the morons creating illegal zones where they want to take care of themselves but are of course incapable of doing so and not the idiots tearing things down illegally.

The silence from the left about the destruction is loud. Their unwillingness to move forward for political purposes is even louder. Instead of welcoming a debate on police reform as presented in the Senate, they decided to not even let it come up for discussion and amendment. What should have happened is they should debate this bill and the House should debate theirs...then make compromises.

Look at all of the cities pulling down statues and monments that are deemed controversial for various reasons (often not even of Confederate related stuff)....

Not to mention local police departments disbanding (look at Minneapolis).

There are changes happening... Most are negative...

Luckily I don't think any Federal legistlstion (some of which is crazyness) will pass with the stalemate, but the local govements are quickly latching onto the wave and changing structures....
