Rented an ATV
In the middle of Utah
Pretty reasonable
6 hours 160.00 plus tax
I tore those tracks up
I went so far, got stuck
Had to get winched out
No biggie
Lots of fun

Snow is OK, but I prefer ATVing in the sand.

We've got some great areas here in Oregon for that, especially between Coos Bay and Florence, on the coast: nirvana!

How much to rent?
I was in Quartzite, they wanted 350 for the day
In Marysvale UT, 160.00 for 6 hours. Bargain
So cheap, I went out 2 days on the ATV
I really like the challenging trails crossing streams and climbing steep rocky trails. Lots of fun

Here's the website of one place we rented from, it lays it all out for you.

https://torexatvrentals.com/

Not as cheap, it seems, but you won't freeze your ass off and the dunes, varied terrain, and proximity to the Pacific Ocean make it more than worth it.

I’ve taken care of too many kids/young adults with gruesome leg injuries from ATV accidents I don’t think I could ever get on one. Ed, at your age you must be getting brittle! Be careful!

(Is my post kind of like an EB post?)

A lot of drivers go crazy in these
I tried some difficult trails
I take it slow and easy
I feel pretty safe in an ATV because I dont take crazy chances.
In the dunes, I think people get crazy
This isn't dunes. This is going up through the mountains exploring strictly sticking to the trails taking a 30 mile loop
Dunes ATVing is just riding around crazy
In Utah mountains, off trail riding is against the law.
